We offer kimono rental, dressing and hair set. Only Yukata plan can be taken home.
*Hair set is not included for men.

Payment method

If you make a reservation in advance, please pay in advance by credit card. Acceptable cards are VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DC, and JCB.

If you pay at the store, you can use credit cards, cash, electronic payment, etc.

Time of use

There is no time limit within business hours (10:00 to 17:00).
The last reception time for rental kimonos is 16:00.

About the time it takes to get dressed

It takes about 50 minutes from start to finish dressing (including hair setting).
However, please note that it may be slightly delayed depending on the reservation status of the day, such as when you come with a large number of people.

Reservation method

Reservations can be made from 4 months before the reservation date. (Depending on the season, it is possible earlier than that) Please apply from the reservation form.
After you make a reservation, it will be a “provisional reservation”, and after we confirm the reservation status, it will be a “final reservation”.

Reservation change/cancellation

In case of cancellation, please be sure to inform us by phone or e-mail.

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

Same day: 100%

1-2 days before: 50%

3-7 days before: 30%

Before 8 days ago: 0 yen

*The cancellation fee will be the percentage of the plan you applied for.

Responding to disasters and emergencies

In the event of a natural disaster or serious emergency, we will waive the cancellation fee and provide a full refund.

Private car

We do not have a parking lot.
There is a paid parking lot nearby, but it is expected that the parking lot will be crowded because it is a tourist spot.

1.　着付けに自信あり。着崩れしない、苦しくない、着付けに定評があります。

「長時間着ていると苦しい、着崩れしてくる・・・」着物といえば、そんな心配されるお客様も多いですが、当店をご利用いただくお客様は、皆さん「苦しくない、着崩れしない」とおっしゃっていただいております。きたむらのスタッフは皆、着付けのベテランですので安心しておまかせください。朝一番にお召しになっても、安心して夜までお出かけいただけます。

2.　伝統的な着物の着方、作法を大切にしています。

染匠きたむらでは、着物を着物らしく着こなしていただけるよう心がけております。着物は古典柄を中心に取り揃え、帯の結びも昔ながらのお太鼓結び。最近は簡易なちょうちょ結びや付け帯が多く、お太鼓を結んでいるレンタルの着物店は稀少。お太鼓で結ぶことで、ぐっと本格的に、上品に見え、ワンランク上の着こなしを楽しんでいただけます。古典的な柄もその方に似合う色合わせで楽しんでいただけるよう、着物選びからお手伝いさせていただきます。

3.　何よりも、楽しく着物を着ること！

長年一緒のメンバー（おばちゃんたち）は、みんな気さくでフレンドリー。
気楽な雰囲気で、おしゃべりしているうちに、あっという間に仕上がります。

關於預約是否成功,　本店會寄出E-mail告知預約成功、請耐心等候通知。
若是沒有收到預約成功的通知mail、即代表預約未成功。
若電子郵件申請成功、會給客人OK的回信該回信會成為予約單、請務必影印並攜帶之。
如果您設置了反垃圾郵件措施，您可能不會收到電子郵件。
請設置接收權限，以便您可以接收來自 [rental@sensho-kitamura.jp] 的電子郵件。

預約或取消時、請用同一個　E-Mail　聯絡。
預約之後　若是無法来店、請務必興我們聯絡。在您計畫來店２個月前始可受理E-MAIL預約。
預約穿和服的人、「振袖」請説明預約時間。没有停車場。
本店會在收到預約mail的三天內回信、請耐心等候。
如果未收到預約確認的回信、而您再度以mail預約的話、會有重複預約的狀況。
如果三天內未收到本店的確認信、請再一次以E-mail預約。
同一組團體請用一個人名預約。
請避免同時使用E-mail與電話預約。
如果有取消的狀況、請一定要與本店聯絡。
本店可於二個月前接受預約。
*因為本店場地有限、加上一個人的更衣時間約需一小時、為了不讓各位貴賓等待時間過久、
所以希望每一組的預約人數為六人以下。造成各位不便、也請大家配合、謝謝。

If you would like to make a reservation for kimono dressing, please let us know the desired date and time and the number of guests.
There is no parking lot.
After receiving the reservation email, we will reply within 3 days, so if you do not receive the confirmation email within 3 days, please make a reservation by email again.
In the case of the same group, please make a reservation for one person.
Please refrain from making reservations by email and phone at the same time.
In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact our shop.
Due to the limited space in our store, it takes about an hour to change clothes
Therefore, please limit the number of people in each group reservation to 6 or less. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

小紋(KOMON)
一名成年女性包括5000日元（不含税）的和服，敷料和头发套装。 没有时间限制，只要在10:00和18:00之间即可。

振袖(FURISODE)、袴(HAKAMA)
